Our Story
Golden Care was established by a group of experienced disability support workers who identified a need for more consistent, person-centred, and outcomes-focused support within the NDIS service environment.
Through their professional experience, the founders observed that many participants were receiving fragmented or task-based support that did not adequately align with their individual goals, preferences, or support plans. This highlighted the importance of providing services that uphold participant choice and control while delivering practical and meaningful outcomes.
Golden Care was formed to address these gaps by delivering supports that are respectful, reliable, and aligned with the principles of the NDIS Practice Standards. The organisation is committed to supporting participants to build daily living skills, maintain stability, and increase independence in a way that reflects their personal circumstances and aspirations.
Golden Care works collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and relevant professionals to ensure supports are coordinated, transparent, and responsive. All services are delivered with a focus on safety, dignity, and continuous improvement, ensuring participants are supported in a manner that is ethical, compliant, and sustainable.
